Request permanent deletion of your Ask Miles MCC (CheckMCC) account and all associated data.

This page is for users of the Ask Miles MCC app (also known as "CheckMCC"), developed by A2ZSoft (AZ SOFT PTE. LTD.).

This action is irreversible

Account deletion is permanent. All your data — including saved preferences, search history, and profile information — will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

What will be deleted

  • Your Ask Miles MCC / CheckMCC account credentials
  • Saved card preferences and settings
  • Search history and usage data
  • Any linked Google or social sign-in data

How to request account deletion

Email us from the address associated with your Ask Miles MCC account. This helps us verify your identity.

Include "Delete Account" in the subject

Use the subject line "Delete My Account" so we can process your request quickly.

We'll confirm and process

We'll reply to confirm your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days.
